Coconut oil is the best oil for skincare. It has moisturizing properties which protects the skin in the event of an allergy. Not only this, coconut oil also reduces the itching caused by allergies.

How to use coconut oil to overcome Rashes

Take a little coconut oil in a bowl and heat it slightly for 5 seconds. Then apply this hot oil in the place where you are seeing the symptoms of allergy. Remember, leave it on the place where you are allergic, do not massage. Leave it for an hour. You can use coconut oil again after 3–4 hours. This will relieve skin allergies.

Rash problems will be overcome by Aloe vera

Aloe vera can be considered beneficial for the skin. It is enriched with a variety of properties such as anti-aging. Due to these properties, aloe vera can help protect the skin from dryness. Keeping the skin moisturized can also keep the problem of rashes away.

For this, apply fresh aloe vera gel on the skin. Then leave it for about 30 minutes. Then wash it with water.

Garlic, basil leaves and olive oil:

Mixing garlic, basil leaves and olive oil is beneficial for skin rashes. You can also add a black pepper and salt to this mixture and apply it on the skin. Do this for 2–3 days. This trick will relax your skin and correct the rashes

Bath with oat flour or oatmeal

Oatmeal or oatmeal is effective in reducing skin inflammation. Soak 2 cups of porridge in 3/4 bucket of warm water for 25–30 minutes and then apply it on the skin for 5 minutes. This will reduce any type of skin rash, itching and skin irritation. This home remedy will give instant relief from itching and red rash or redness etc. in the skin.

Other treatment to overcome symptoms of Rashes

Cold compress:

Cold compress has a soothing effect on rash. It prevents itching and swelling due to rash. You can do cold compress or you can take a cold bath to get relief or to get rid of severe rashes. A cold compress helps restrict blood flow to inflamed areas and prevent itching from rashes.

Rock salt:

Rock salt helps reduce swelling and itching in the skin. Rock salt also helps in moisturizing the skin.

Olive oil:

Olive oil contains a compound called oleic acid that has anti-inflammatory properties. It helps in reducing inflammation.

Apple vinegar:
